The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and generally helpful. Parking was convenient and it is fairly close to downtown. We ate at the bar our first night and had the buffet breakfast in the restaurant the next morning and they were the some of the best meals we had in our eight day stay. This was part of a vacation package and we were very pleased with our stay.

As this was our first trip to Europe there were quite a few things we were unfamiliar with. Dublin seems to be a pretty international destination and we were disappointed there were not 110V outlets in our room. Our earlier accomodations had them so we did not bring an adapter. We could not plug in any of our appliances and when we called the front desk they said they did not have any to loan. I am sure we were not the first guests to have this issue and we were surprised they did not have a work around.

What's not to like ! Allan greeted us and pretty much did everything possible to make you feel welcome and almost carried us to our room because we were tired. Sean at the front desk - Well, I have to say the best, easiest and quickest check-in we have ever had ! Well done and Thx Sean ! The room, possibly the cleanest room my wife and I have ever had. It also was up to date, new magazine's a nice touch for something to read in the room too. Carded car parking and carded elevators made security a non issue. I actually met a few others on our trip that said they fully enjoyed the Croke Park experiance too. WELL DONE EVERYONE ! All the best from Canada. Roman & Patti

STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR ONE NIGHT AS I HAD EYE SURGERY IN THE MATER PRIVATE HOSPITAL AND HAD EARLY APPOINTMENT THE FOLLOWING MORNING. FOUND CHECK IN STAFF VERY EFFICIENT, HELPFUL & FRIENDLY. FOOD WAS GREAT & REASONABLE. ON CHECKOUT WE WERE GIVEN COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLED WATER FOR OUR JOURNEY HOME, WHICH WAS A NICE TOUCH. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN ! GREAT PRICE
